Recipes Boiled Prawns

Boiled Prawns
(Udang Rebus)

300 gr. red prawns (udang api-api)
100 gr. carrots
1 onion leaf
1 celery
100 gr. big onion
5 black pepper salt and pepper to taste

Clean the prawns and let them whole.
Slice carrot, onion leaf,celery, big onion thinly. Then boil them with black pepper in 4 cups of water. Let them boil about 30 minutes, give salt and pepper to taste, then boil the prawns until cooked about 2 minutes. After that take out and leak through.
Ready to serve.
Make 3-4 servings.
